Delete your AromaSetu account

This page lets any AromaSetu user request deletion of their account and associated personal data, whether or not they still have the app installed.

Two ways to request deletion

1. In the app: Go to Profile > Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.
2. By email: Email info@aurashinearomatics.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and quote your registered mobile number. We verify your identity before acting.

What is deleted

• Name, mobile number and email address
• Profile photo or avatar, language preference and role
• Crop listings and standing-tree registrations
• Enquiries and messages
• Stored crop photos and private verification uploads, including selfies and ownership documents
• Account-linked booking, service and support requests, subscription records, notification preferences and sign-in sessions
• Device and push-notification tokens

Deleted listings and personal contact details are no longer available through the app. Blocking relationships are removed and moderation reports are unlinked from the deleted account.

What is retained and why

A deleted-account marker remains for database integrity, with your name, mobile number, email and sign-in identity cleared. Moderation history may remain with account links removed for abuse handling. Any transaction or tax records required by law are retained only for the applicable statutory period.

Deleting AromaSetu does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if applicable. Google Play and other service providers may retain their own transaction or service records under their policies.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 3 working days and complete them within 30 days.
