These Terms govern your use of the AromaSetu application and services, operated by Aurashine Essentials Private Limited ("AromaSetu", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What AromaSetu is

AromaSetu is a farmer-led data integration tool, library and standing-crop registry for Indian essential-oil and aromatic crops. It organises geo-tagged, periodically updated crop records and provides controlled data views and analysis to authorised users and subscribers. AromaSetu is not a marketplace, broker, buyer or seller, and is not a party to any transaction, contract or payment between users.

2. Eligibility

AromaSetu is intended for business use by users aged 18 and above. By using the service you confirm you are eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts and login

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use and accurate crop records

You agree to provide accurate, current information in crop records, verification material and enquiries; to update material changes where reasonably possible; and not to misuse the platform, submit false or misleading information, scrape or redistribute controlled data, or infringe others' rights.

By publishing a crop or standing-tree listing, you agree that registered buyers on AromaSetu may see that listing together with your name, district and mobile number so that they can contact you about it. Only registered buyers can see your name, district and mobile number; your exact village or plot location is not shown. If you delete your account, your contact details are no longer visible to buyers on AromaSetu. You may request removal of a listing, or delete your account, at any time.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

AromaSetu does not guarantee the quality, quantity, availability, price, future yield, harvest date or commercial outcome associated with a crop record. Users remain responsible for their own field checks, due diligence, negotiations and contracts. Verification status indicates the verification process recorded by the platform; it is not a warranty or permit.

6. Regulated species

Registry records for sandalwood, agarwood and other regulated species are informational only. Users must hold all required ownership proof, registrations, permits and harvesting, possession, processing, transit or export permissions and comply with all applicable laws. A crop record or field verification is not a regulatory approval. AromaSetu does not permit or encourage illegal harvesting or restricted trade.

7. Fees

Some features may require a subscription or fee, which will be described at the point of use. Applicable taxes may apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AromaSetu and Aurashine Essentials Private Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on crop data, forecasts, analysis, third-party services, or transactions or dealings between users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
