Include your phone model, app version, a description of the problem and the steps that caused it. If needed, include the mobile number or email linked to your account. Never send passwords, OTP codes, payment-card details or private verification documents by email.

Signing in

Use the sign-in method associated with your account. For SMS sign-in, check the number and wait for the resend timer before requesting another code. Google and Apple sign-in are available where offered by your app version. If you use Apple Hide My Email, your account may use an Apple private-relay address.

Subscriptions

Where subscriptions are enabled, manage or cancel them in the store where you purchased: Google Play on Android or Apple Account subscriptions on iOS. Use Restore Purchases in the iOS subscription screen if an existing purchase is missing. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

Notifications and permissions

Check AromaSetu’s notification permissions in your phone settings. Camera and location access are needed only for features that use them. You can browse crop records without granting these permissions.

Account deletion and privacy

Follow the account-deletion instructions to delete your account in the app or request deletion by email. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for data handling and service conditions.
